Winning! Bristol Client Scores New Placement
Bristol client Tuscany Suites & Casino is a boutique Las Vegas luxury hotel with a Mediterranean theme. It is a friendly, family-oriented establishment with a corporate culture to match. When it came time for Tuscany to hire a new Director of Security, they tasked Bristol with finding a well-qualified candidate who’d be a good company culture fit as well.
While Bristol has a 20-year relationship with Tuscany’s General Manager, it was Bristol’s newest executive recruiter, Associate Account Executive Sean Parry, who made Bristol’s first placement with Tuscany. Tuscany’s new hire is Mark Tanaka whose experience includes a strong background in the field: 10 years at Paris Hotel & Casino as Security Manager and familiarity with local law enforcement.
